Annual Open House and Annual General Meeting (AGM)
We’re excited to invite all current and past members, volunteers, and anyone interested to our TRAILBLAZERS Annual Open House and AGM! Join us on Sunday, April 12th, 2026 for a day of connection and community.
Agenda Highlights
- Meet & greet with fellow TRAILBLAZERS
- Introduction of our new volunteers
- Special talk by our Operations Manager about club operations, communications, and safety
- 2026 Membership fees: $50 annually (Optional for Captains, but is always welcomed & appreciated)
- Light Refreshments

AGM & ELECTIONS
Two Year Term: President (Stoker Only), Secretary, Ride Convenor & Member at Large.
One Year Term: Operations Manager & PR Rep.
Stokers and Captains, this is a perfect time to meet and greet new and past members and Captains. So don’t miss this event.
Memberships are due at the Open House and AGM. Memberships are still $50. Do you know that our membership fee has not changed in over 23 years.
And if you have a brother or sister or even a cousin who wish to try out tandem riding, they are more than welcome to come out and do an orientation.
Everyone is expected to do an orientation before we match you with a Stoker or a Captain.

Individual or small group rides
To schedule an individual or small group ride please contact Uwe the Ride Convenor at ride.convenor@trailblazerstandem.org
First time riders
We invite first time riders whether you are a captain sighted guide volunteer or a stoker with vision loss to register for an orientation session, membership fee is $50. For road safety helmets are mandatory.
You can also have a sneak-peak at our orientation YouTube videos for more instruction.

Large group rides
To participate in any one of the large group annual rides listed below, please send an email to group.ride@trailblazerstandem.org. NOTE: If you have not cycled at least two personal rides, please do not sign up. It is not fair to the Captains, if you have not practised somewhat.
