Maintain minutes of all meetings to record decisions and ensure consistency of mandate.
- Record minutes of all Executive meetings and distribute them within 2 weeks of meeting
- Follow up with individuals who volunteered to act on different duties to ensure completion.
- Book meeting room for Executive meetings (as needed) and AGM; park sites for picnic(s).
- Mail correspondence and club newsletters as needed within 2 weeks of notification.
- Promote club to potential stokers, captains and community at large
